no seriously though.

A few years back a movie came out about about a guy who is a
foley artist. he is out in the woods one day, recording
sound for a movie and while he is woking, a little girl
climbs into one of his equipment boxes to hide from
somebody. he doesn't realize she's in there and he closes
the box and she suffocates and dies. Then her ghost haunts
the guy and his wife.

what was that movie called? who directed it. seriously!

more of a romantic comedy than a horror flick. Ching
Chong... hmm no i'm pretty sure thats wrong!

Dark Water had such a girl, but that's more recent than
Ring.

its not dark water thats about a girl ghost in the apartment
up stairs (i have it on dvd)

to be fair i love my japanese horrror films but they always
have a scary lil girl with long black hair! just like
american horror films always has the idiot that goes back in
and gets killed!

with long black hair thing.

yeah it's not dark water. it has not been made into an
american film. it might be a little obscure, i saw it in
the seattle international film festival a few years ago so i
don't know what kind of world wide distribution it got...?

maybe i ought to take my question to another message
board!
