I love music that is produced to sound like it was poorly
produced.
The Wicky Pocky sample is good.

it's very.. um.. "summery" music.. or at least the first one
certainly was and those samples sound pretty uppity-up-up
too.

Just listened to the samples for the first self-titled
release and they are nice too.
The new one seems more focused, though.

Tolstoyed and qrter are my friends. (even if qrter is a
little more feminine than most of my friends)

haha, lol @ ecnadniarb, a friend!

this sounds fantastic btw, thanks qrter, those samples sound
even more up to my taste than their first one..i'll get this
fir sure!
and if that slavoj song is a dedicated to slavoj zizek they
will become my favourite band!

Lee is my friend too.

even if he's a complete bastard and quite gay at that, I
might add.

i couldn't wait to get this so i downloaded it :) (i don't
have the full thing yet)..this is awesome, but also quite
different to first one. you can notice the production is by
the same guy but the music part is completly different. this
one is heavily influenced by balkan music, plenty of brass
and accordion, and there are some songs that could easily be
mistaken for original balkan music..that 'for slavoj' song
is indeed dedicated to my fellow slovenian :)

"and write another dedicated to Slovenian philosopher Slavoj
Zizek (who is the subject of a documentary set for release
in 2005 and has an original soundtrack courtesy of AHAAH)."

great stuff!

nice!
i'll wait for the next analord (which should be available in
about a week i think) and order it together..but i'll have a
look at prices on leaf first since there're a few of their
albums im intending to get already, and i think it's cheaper
to order it directly from them..

apperantly he was working with broadcast in the past +
couple of other bands im not familiar with; bablicon and
guignol and he is a drumer for neutral milk hotel..

I heard talk of "a hawk and and a hacksaw" whilst i was
rooting around for information on neutral milk hotel a
couple of months back.

Long story short, i've ordered this. Mmmm.
