i saw a good few clips and its terrible.

they use the exact same script/camera angles/facial
expressions etc which is stupid. They should have used the
same basic idea and americanised it, not just
transfer the whole package and insert american actors.

The yanks can do uncomfortable comedy - Curb Your
Enthusiasm/Arrested development/Happiness etc. At the end of
the day, apply this rule:

If its really funny it will work equally across the pond.
I'd hate to see the bbc remake Curb Your Enthusiasm... it
just couldn't be done. Why remake the Office? I mean, the
yanks liked it as it was anyway.
