you can use 1,3,4 and 6 and the result must be 24. you can
only use the basic operations; - + * :

the figures can only be used once..im trying to figure it
out for half an hour already but no luck...

6x4 = 24

What does ':' signify? If it's just a leader onto the next
paragraph then you shouldn't be so misleading.

oh, all the fegures must be used once.

I am sure he means you have to use all of the numbers once
and once only.

4 * 6 = 24 ?!?

Or do you have to use everything?

im pretty sure now that i must try all numbers once and once
only.

yes, you can use operations any way you like though..

do you have to use all 4 numbers and all 4 signs? if so it
is impossible, you need at least 5 numbers if you will use 4
signs

you don't need to use all the signs, you can only use one if
you like..

can i raise to a power ? if so :

4(2) +3+6 - 1 = 24

see, the solution is simple. You just replace 6 with 2 and
multiply all that shit in no particular order, because no
order is important when you multiply. "hehehe".

he he he. i'll never post in mathematical threads anymore.
i'm very much ashamed.
