anyone watch this tonight? what did you think? I thought it
was ok, a decent start, i like the actor that plays the new
doctor, i think he'll do well. Not too sure about Billie
though...

I thought it was good, I thought Billie and Christopher
Eccleston can work. What was on in this slot normally?

It certainly looked better on the tele than it did on the
computer. I can't stand the bloke who played her boyfriend
though. Thank fuck he's out of it. At least I hope so....

Should be a good series.

I enjoyed it. I liked both the girl and the doctor. I
might watch it again in the future if I can be arsed.

can't stand them!!

the episode was leaked on the internad about 6 weeks ago.
it's probably floating around somewhere.

I still thought it was kind of shite, but these could be
typical "teething problems".

Yes I don't watch TV really, it just happened that BBC One
was chunnering away in the background as I went about my
daily stuff. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch future
episodes.

I liked it, I liked it 3 weeks ago when I dl'd it, however I
still think the incidental music sucks, and is too childish,
even for kids in a couple parts. It apparently only gets
better as it goes on though.

I thought it was as good a start as could be expected. The
was a lot of necessary exposition to get through in getting
the Doctor and Rose together, explaining the basics to the
uninitiated etc, and that kind of held the episode back, but
now that's out of the way, future episodes will be stronger.
The teaser for ep 2 looks good.

The only real gripe I had was a technical one for the BBC.
When the Doctor first appeared you could hear Graham Norton
speaking. Somehow his mic feed hadn't been killed from the
previous show, Strictly Dance Fever, and was still going to
air.

i have to admit, there were times when i wanted to punch
that smug grin off his face while he was being deliberately
obscure
