Joyrex is a prick.

Selling his Analord 10 plus 1 - 5 unplayed because he never
listens to vinyl just collects them.

Fair enough. But I found this stupid comment amusing.

You mean will I throw away the lossless rips of Analord
1-5 and 10 I downloaded off some P2P network? No, absolutely
not - I paid for the tracks, I have the right to do whatever
I want with them even if I don't own the original anymore.

Would you delete your Mp3s of a CD that was stolen from you
or lost? I think not.

Theiving scum bag.

yeah getting a shitload of money for a handful of tracks
isnt near the same as having something stolen from you

o man is he serious?

buying a cd and selling it on to someone else who might do
the same thing in fact works the same as a P2P network,
only one person pays and anyone else benefits from it,
meanwhile the artist gets nothing

what a funny little man

they may not get paid but

mp3's = easier to distribute = increased "word of mouth"

like if it was not for napster or winmx i would not have
been able to learn about ae, then xltronic, then hear that
fat exclusive mix we got

also wouldn't know about like aphex or squarepusher or
nujabes or scratch nerds..

of the music that i listen to if it was not for p2p...

He's appropriated Aphex's Joyrex name for his own, he's
selling on RDJ's records for a personal profit, he runs his
shoddy website off of the back of interest in AFX,.... what
a wankshot.

hahaha, how many of you have done the exact same shit with
records/CDs you've owned and sold as he is with the
analords?

possessing MP3s of music you don't actually own is
technically illegal.

i don't believe that any of you are innocent of this.

how many of you have MAME, it's the same shit with game
ROMs? or a modded console? or bit torrent movies?

so why attack one person for something we all do?

just because it's an rdj release? or because we're all rdj
fan-boys/girls.

They're collector's limited edition vinyl (at least the
binder certainly is), which to me means that they are meant
to appreciate in value and eventually be sold on ebay when
you get married and your wife makes you sell all your old
records and turns your home studio into a nursery.

so i don't see the problem.

i'm sure richard is sobbing in his tank as we speak.

the problem is that he's equating ripping the music and then
selling the original copies with having the original copies
stolen. full stop. (or as you americans say, "period").

he's just a moron, that's all

At the end of the day, I will have the Analord tracks, more
money than I had before (and spent), and I make someone
happy who didn't get the exclusive binder, and Richard,
Rephlex, Forced Exposure get my money to keep making and
selling records. What's wrong with that?

I find it funny that you all hold me to a higher standard
than yourselves...

I guess you do respect me after all! :)

The point wasn't having MP3's of them, the point was your
attempted justification of the theft. Yes I have MP3's of
stuff I haven't bought.

If I went to a store and bought a copy of an album...went
home and made a lossless rip and then returned the album to
the store and got my money back would that be something I am
entitled to do?

There are also a lot of people on your site who would love
to buy a copy of Analord but can't afford it, it might have
been a nice gesture towards your community to sell it on at
cost value + shipping if you aren't interested in owning
it.

adam - your opinion means less to me than the peice of shit
I stepped in walking home from the pub.
