OK
Poll time
How many of yous have bought items from this fuckhole of a
site only to be FUCKED over?
Case
I buy This and get one record that has multiple
severe gashes, not just scratches and get told this:
"When you buy a used records, it is just that, used. The
Josh Wink Record was no scratched up. I barely even used it.
Of course its going to have surface scratches its used..
HELLO. I never said the records are in brand new condition.
And since you paid so much attention to my listing, you
should know that I also stated. ALL SALES FINAL. You're
right I check my records in Paypal and I did not credit your
paypal account for the shiping. I've shiped over 50 records
and you're the only one who complained about getting a used
record when thats what you bid on. You paid less that 10
dollars for the whole deal. I dont care about the money I
lost dealing with you.
Please keep the record dont be foolish in spending more
money shiping it back. Please provide me your your paypal
account information so I can send you a $7.00 refund even
though I stated "All Sales Final" in the description. I
think its fair that you pay for my time wasted shiping this
to You. Make sure when you are buying used records online,
don't expect to get new records and save sellers like me the
headaches."
FUCK YOU DJ OSCURE you ain't worth shit, IMO you're time is
shit to me I've never even heard of you before

Yeah it was *used* but that doesn't mean *Not Usable*
You also didn't state "as is" and contradicted your item
description.
fucktard.
You should change your DJ name to DJ LARS ULRICH

Thats gay.

I bought Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow for my Gameboy on Ebay.
I knew something was fishy because when it arrived it was
just 1 box (unfolded), 1 instruction booklet, and the game
all in a surprisingly small envelope. The instruction
booklet was strange, it seemed to be missing a lot of
information and was only about 4 pages long with just the
basics in there.

Turns out it was a illegal copy of the game and the sellers
account was disabled when I went to leave feedback. I'm just
glad the game works.

always check sellers feeback and scrutinise photos of what
your buying, i think its pretty safe, ive never had an issue
(touch wood) but i think the fuking over ratio is pretty low
when you imagine how many deals must be done.

just be careful - remember you dont have to bid if your not
100% sure of the item. and youu can usually sniff out
something dodgy by rooting around in the feedback history et
al.

yours,

ebay.

I've never bought records there. Mis-reporting the condition
of a record is bad.

It only happened once. I bought a record which was described
as been "excellent condition", and it had scratches, and
dirt in the grooves. He was cool about it though, and gave
me a refund so its all good.
