since roy is mia, here are some reviews:

tactful but honest is my m.o.:

bitraete-bite the apple nice ambient sounds, sounds a
little old school, good but not enough to bring me back for
a second listen, repetition is ok if you like what's
repeating but i really didn't have strong feelings about it
one way or another...maybe i should've picked the ambient
version...

back to work for now...

abilax-head child...i'd like to hear the pads come out a
little more, with a more defined progression, the percussion
is so upfront and repetitive it gets in the way, and the
typewriter return sound got a little irritating. some nice
programming, though, and i like the melancholy melodic
motif. i'd try to break up the percussion a little and add
some dynamic variation, drop the percussion here and there
and kick it up a notch here and there...

evolume, substrate was not my cup of tea. made me think of
a bastard rock downtempo meat beat manifesto without the
breakbeat. the more i listen the more i hear how wrong that
is. plenty of nasty guitar sounds in there, nothing wrong
with that, but the style and approach are just unplaidzebra.
which may be the greatest compliment of all...

it's the gritty theme to a gritty low budget film about a
gritty cop who works the beat in a gritty urban
environment...

an instrumental run dmc if they had turned to the
darkside...

drunken mastah, gelato and quiz were not my bag. too
predictable and repetitive. i have a natural affection for
the mbira so the finger piano piece was nice. krack felt
sort of awkward and stiff, melodically not my cup of tea.
some nice percussion programming though. sorry i don't
have more positive to say, but i checked out four tracks.
not bad for a lunch break...

elektrobi, q64, some nice sounds but too simplistic and
predictable, i liked the wobbly and slushy sounds but the
music just didn't hold together. has sort of a melodies
from mars feel to it. with a nice melody it would be great,
i think...

dariusgriffin, your track has a proto-tim hecker thing going
on at the beginning, i like the little fragments which don't
add up to a melody but seem to emit some sort of emotional
luminescence. some of the timbres are just not quite right
(to me), and the reverby residue gets in the way. when i
started running out of lunch break i started running out of
the desire to stay in this particular room. but i think if
you added some magnetic elements and tightened/loosened your
grip on the steering wheel we might find ourselves on a more
compelling trip. for better or for worse, this is a dream
that i would choose to wake up from...

you've got time to spam, but not time to listen?
occasionally at work i find myself working on stuff that
