how many more times, it doesn't say anything, it's a preset
sound on a synthesizer, for instance me and my brother had
this sound on the Korg Prophecy keyboard and you could tweak
it in any number of ways to make it sound like a talking
robot, but it's not saying any actual *words*

yep. nice one.... and yes, it is a preset sound on the korg
prophecy, it's the exact same sound, why wouldn't aphex use
a preset? i've never heard anyone else use it. He also
tweaks the sound in very imaginitive ways on that track...
the same synthesizer does the vocoder-like sound in the afx
remix of flowcoma by 808state...
