Is music getting better?

I can't keep up with all the music I want to buy or listen
to and that's just the recent / new releases.

It is my hypothesis that musicians are reaching their niches
more efficiently because of the interweb and therefore they
do whatever they feel like trusting that it will find an
audience instead of calculatedly trying to appeal to a broad
range of tastes. Ergo, ROCK.

it might be that the internet has made music more easily
accessible, therefore the tsunami of music, of which a
percentage will be good and seeing the numbers the absolute
amount of good music will be higher.

Yes it's awfuls! I need to use Kirk's alien stalactite
technology to speed it up to 133,000 RPM and listen as fast
as I can breathe!

That is Gale Gordon who played Mister Mooney on Lucy. Mister
Mooney popped into my head today which is odd cos I have
never seen many episodes of Lucy. Turns out Gale Gordon made
a career of playing pompous blowhards. Well done!

He's far too clever looking to play a contemporary boss. His
eyes are actually focused.

i just thought. most artists have hundreds of
unreleased/unfinished tracks that never get heard. i've
finished maybe 80 tracks and have about 400 unfinished ones.
there are millions of people out there making music, and i
for every one track they do theres gotta be hundreds and
hundreds of musics never heard oh wow....
