great stuff! but my computer fucked with the mp3 I think...
some of that same gapping I got on one of your other songs
when I downloaded...

I think it could "fall down" after one buildup of the
melody, though, and then you could do another part before
returning to the original stuff at full vigor! that way the
track could last longer!

this track is really awesome.

synths are pretty aphexy, but who cares?

melody is top drawer, percussion is interesting, it's got a
nice vibe.

nice :)

the most talented motherfuckers up on this bitch when it
comes to making tunes...plus he the funniest motherfucker in
here as well...multi talents.

Well, it's great, as usual. Retro and funky but with a
lovely sad twist, let it be known that Geest is high quality
music of Fine Calibre, yes.

I don't like it very much. it sounds like an aphex twin
clone to me and there already are HUNDREDS of those and they
inhabit an evil smelly place called.. WATMM!!

I am in no way suggesting Sam should go to that kingdom of
fuck, but I do think it sounds too much like other stuff,
doesn't have its own taste. or something. what?

I agree with qrter about the aphex clone thing but then I
don't mind that too much. Overall I quite liked it.

Another track to my collection of music from the
horsefactory. It's not my favourite, it sounds too much like
an outtake from Melodies from Mars (in a good way), but it
is of a quality that allows multiple listenings. Thank you.

The melodic elements owe a lot to the Twin, especially
Melodies on Mars / RDJ Album era, and I'm sure Mr Horse is
more than aware of this, but what sets this track apart from
a lot of wannabe-wankosity is the absolutely fabulous work
on the drums/beats.. really inventive work, great sounds,
cohesive, playful, not a tired reworking or cliche in sight,
and that is refreshing... the mark of a master on the
ascent.
