theres a lot of warp artists whom never get talked about, unfortunately. i've never heard the step, but there are many EP's that are great, but nobody cares.
phoenecia - randa roomet V.L.A.D. - motion intstitute freeform - prowl
to name a few. VLAD released an incredible album on angstrom and is releasing a new one this year. can't wait.

yeah, this is a release in 91 - it is WAP8, after all.
certainly, the warpvision dvd opened me up to some new artists; especially those with styles i didn't think warp catered for (i guess i always saw them as an experimental electronica label). i can actually tolerate some of the hip-hop on warp, for example, where i can't stand the commercial shit played these days.
