mornin all-ive given up smoking today-not doing too bad-am a bit grouchy, just wondered if anyone out there has any tips/advice? feel free to rip the full on piss out of me- i really could do with a laugh!! jesus has anyone ever noticed how attractive the shape of a marlboro really is?....the taste...the smell.....AAARRGGHHH-REMEMBER LUNG CANCER!!! |

i can't is bullshit. i smoked 5 years about 40 cigarettes a day..this friday it will be my 23th week without any cigarettes. its hard but just if you say its hard. if you want then its easy. i tried it many times before. just said i want to i did never work, after i time i changed the way i think...i said its stupid, smoking alone is so stupid, just idiots are doing it. tell me a reason why you smoke, think about it, its nonsense. i mean i did like the smoking years, but there has to be a day when you realize what bullshit you're doing you know... |

The trick is that even when you give in and have one, don't say "ah fuck it" an carry on smoking. Try not to think that you failed and carry on "giving up". Over time it'll get longer and longer between cigarettes till in the end you won't need to smoke anymore. |
