Dude, it's been a long long time but thrustingbrowns.com has been
updated.

SAW 85-92 is great.

I ordered this 5 days ago for £19.49 (incl shipping) at
EIL.COM and I already received it today! (UK --> Holland)

I never thought I'd lay my hands on a vinyl copy of this
magnificent release. :)

I saw this in the shops the other day.

Does anyone know if this is being reprinted? Or is it not
hard to come by at all?

I picked up Xylem Tube vinyl from the same chain store...
They also had AB3.. And they sold me Global Goon - Goon for
20 euros on LP.

Can anyone tell me if these are worth getting? Thanks

Woah... Goon is very difficult to get! so yeah.. if you like
it, it definitely is worth getting.

If we have to believe the discography then SAW 2x12" is
rare, HELL YEAH!

Hmm.

Well I think R&S records are rereleasing old 'classics'.

But maybe I'll check the store again :) What about AB3?

The Goon record is awesome. The Xylem Tube ep has a sticker
on it that provides information on R&S records... Can't see
that sticker in the xlt discography...

Thanks

Blimy I love this album, first quality electronica I ever
heard, never looked back. Tha will never be anything but the
most beautiful song in the world to me.

And all the tracks. Except Green Calx. It doesn't fit with
the rest I don't think. :\

On its own it's a really good track, but it does rather
throw the mood of the album at that point.

I'm still talking about this bloody album 14 years after G
did me a tape of it. I've still got that tape. Tapes last
forever. Fuck the naysayers.

I have so many tapes.

I'd like to see Green Calx on a 4 track release with one or
two of the more "tribal" or drummy sounding tracks from SAW
II.

It would just make more sense to me.

Funny you should say that, the tape I originally had, had
stuck in the middle of SAW, the b-sides of "Diderigidoo",
namely phloam, Flaphead and Isopropanol.... and they
achieved a balance...with Green Calx. So, interesting,
perhaps, just to me, but ....yes.

I was really going to not say SAW II tracks, but some
identical to those from "Classics". Then I tried to listen
in my head and thought that the style of GC was a little
more techno-ish/electro compared to the nosebleed stuff like
"Classics" and "On" material. Don't get me wrong, I love 73
Yips and all those, it's very advanced compared to SAW I
think, but still it's own unique style.

'nuther send up? Its great. Yes. (note, this is me talking
