Mostly for the swedes and those who get this on cable: Be sure to catch the re-run of Musikbyrån tomorrow. A great documentary about the "techno" pioneer Bruce Haack is at the end of the show. This cat did some excellent stuff on homemade equipment from the 50s and onwards. Much like Raymond Scott, only with a sense for good tunes. I've downloaded some of his albums and they are quite something. Heavy on the vocoders and funky electro beats. |

I will try and catch the rerun . To be honest i have never in my life heard of Bruce Haack. Everybody named Bruce is automatically cool tho. |
