The board is shit at the moment. All we have got is people crying and complaining (it comes to something when Skinkle is one of the most positive posters of the day). We have a twat called cx or something posting absolute nonsense linking to a site that shows he is obviously off his fucking head and in need of psychiatric treatment or death. People (me) getting banned for fuck all while other shit is being let slide. I realise making this post I am falling squarely into the same bracket as those I am complaining about, but fuck it I don't care. See you all in a bit. |

what I think he means is that between cx's incessant autechre/untilted posts and elusives multiple analord posts and people getting frustrated about the multitude of posts on one and the same subject, clicking a thread, hoping to find something new and then taking the frustration out in the thread and on the threads creator, he too is feeling frustrated. |

After contemplating the notion for a while, in between feeling ill, I think that, in order to fully enjoy the XLT experience, one must: Ensure there is ample ventilation in the room where you access XLT. Avoid threads that have desperate titles such as "What I think is..." or "I just got hold of..." Avoid any "IDM is over" themes Avoid Autechre threads, it's better that way. Ban Phob for starting all this leak nonsense by making up a tracklisting, and ban Cx just because. Remember the board is full of lovely people, people like Nacmat, who never are hosts to negativity, even when it comes to V.Snares. CRAZY! |

It is so easy to do so, sooooo easy. And they're always disapointing. A real shame. Negativity, right, negativity, how's this for a negative experience... yesterday evening I went with my wife and brother-in-law (I don't actually know anyone else in this entire continent) to visit this new "Electronica" bar (Electronica here means general dance music, really, but it's a step in the right direction). We were sitting outside, the music was ok, kind of Chill out grooves but better than a slap round the head, inevitably I had to go to the toilet, so I went inside. Obviously, as is the fashion, long gone have the traditional Ladies / Gents signs on the bog doors, and in this instance I could only find one lavvy, and on the front was a tasteful photo of an androgynous looking arse so I thought I'd give it a go, locking the door behind me (one of those crappy turny locks, really unusuable if you're drunk). Had a gypsy's kiss, tried to vacate the john only to find the door in a no-can-unlock-type situation. I tried to climb out the window but my bro' wouldn't let me, instead steaming into the bar explaining that his gringo inlaw was stuck in the lavatory. A chap did let me out, quite professionally, whilst explaining I was in the ladies. I guess it's not the end of the world but, you know, me trying to be cool at the electronica bar in my Aphex t-shirt, then having to be freed from the ladies just kind of, knocked my cool points into the red. |

Nah the reason I made this topic was because at the time I was pissed off after reading cx's topics and some of the other rubbish and I had the urge to type how shit I thought they were in each topic, so I placated myself with making this topic and avoided responding in any I didn't like. I have started to try and avoid posting when I dislike something purely because it helps noone. Alex you are right, this topic serves no direct purpose except with the slightest of possibilities that some of the people who are making these crappy posts might think twice. I dunno. |

well, I don't know if you realize but you helped creating this situation. people (like you, and allot of other members) seem to try to "out wit" or annoy each other with most of the time meaningless posts. this can be funny 1 time, 2 times, even 3 times. but after 5545452145 times it gets dull. there is not even one single thread on this whole mb where people can stay on-topic. after 3 posts some idiot comes in and types "rukspoken" or "b7" or some other random bullshit. |
