i just pre-ordered this from Warpmart. pretty expensive,
but it's a limited edition and it's reportedly following the
same style as Corymb which i fucking love. i am excited.

It's really good in my opinion.

That one lush cover, although I haven't seen the special
packaging yet. I'm hoping this will be good, cause I really
enjoyed those Boom originals on Corymb.

so it's 2 5" CD's, + a 3" CD? that's pretty sweet.

I just opened the package with this in when this thread
arose. Now that's coincidence for ya. I haven't listened to
it yet, but the packaging is indeed lush. Embossed,
goldprint and die-cut, the nicest Lex-cover to date imo. The
warpmart entry was a bit confusing as I though it would be a
2cd set with an extra 3" cd, but it's just one 5" and the
3". I guess I misunderstood.

I'm going to listen to it now.

3" CD Red Room

A nice lofi krautrockish number that bears no resemblance to
what I've from Boom Bip before. Then a distorted
drums/sounds mayhem comes after. Interesting.

Apparantly it was a recording of a jamsession/brainstorming
for the album.

The Album:

Great stuff all round, no daft track. As stated before quite
similar to the corymb tracks, but a bit different too. I
enjoyed this very much. I'm not going to comment on the
tracks, cause I can't be bothered, but Aplomb is awesome.
