www.maps.google.com, and it is http://maps.google.com. Now

I love how when you have zoomed in and want to move in a
direction, it smoothly scrolls there, rather than, like
every other online map I've ever used, refreshing and taking
half an hour to do so! A+ for that.

it only seems to do that if the place you are jumping to is
relatively close to the location you are currently viewing.
