I've only heard the first track, which I like.

It makes me jump up and start dancing around my room! :)

i have the feeling that the 2nd track is actually a remix by
squarepusher.

i love the record anyway

Its nice, I like the second one better.

Yeah it sounds like Squares style, but I mean a lot of dnb
producers sound alike when they use the same breaks.

There are some parts in that song that definitly sounds like
AFX though, like that little melody in the middle of the
track.

Maybe a collabo?

you prob know this already, but the first is a mix of 'flow
coma' by 808 state and the other, i think is called ''box
clever' by dj pierre. sorry if thats an old fact-i know its
been posted here before...

I bought it when it first came out and didn't think much of
it. I've relistened to it a couple of times recently as
everyone here seems to like it. It's definatley improved in
my opinion having had a few listens.

It seems like I am the only one who likes the second remix
more!?

I prefer the 2nd track actually. The first track is great
but it doesnt appeal as much as track 2. I prefer the hard
acid sound for some reason...

i'm tired of it.

what's this about a bonus remix of america the beautiful? i
prefer the second track, and i love to play the third track
(the noizzze) really loud to annoy a neighbour who bugs me
:)

I like the second remix a lot more... drives me crazy. The
first one is pretty decent, too.

Anyone ever hear the original Flow Coma and Box Energy? Not
bad stuff... but AFX multiplies the kick-ass factor by about
a billion.

offline AMinal from Toronto (Canada) on 2002-02-08 19:47 [#00083516]

ya i thinki like the second one more too..
they're both pretty cool though

offline titsworth from Washington, DC (United States) on 2002-02-08 20:13 [#00083526]

wouldn't be called "2 remixes by afx" if it were "1 remix by
afx and 1 by squarepusher" now would it?

i envision turbulance and murder since it's an everyday
occurence.

I like it very much.
It sounds very much like his latest live performances.
I got it the other day after the NME gig for £2.99, i was
well pleased.

fans of sonic youth... do you know of the boredoms? they
were touring with sonic youth for some time and they are so
far out psychedelic. i don't know much of soic youth
personally. i think sonic youth are big fans of them maybe.

i love SY, don't so much like SY clones/derivatives.

i love mogwai and gybe! but they're a far cry from the SY
formula.

*blush* oops....

i think track three is excellent with its rhythmic pulse - i
used to drive thru the main street of town playing it very
loudly to perplex the local folks
