Heh.... if I were to buy that, I would need to go to st
petersburg florida. Well, I guess I could just order it...
or something, but its kinda wierd that the only place in
north america that is its main distributor is the only
american city I have lived in.

They could have at least set up shop in y'bor or something
like that. St Pete doesn't have a music scene or anything
like that.

you're telling me the only place to buy that in N.America is
St. Petersburg, Florida?

hence the reason why i posted this topic...

NOW...

if only i had the $ bling bling to purchase such a beautiful
instrument with the software included... OH LIFE WILL BE
GRAND once this happens...

but i have to pay a grand before it happens... and i have to
collect a grand before i pay a grand... you understand?

NO SERIOUSLY THOUGH, I do believe that Clavia/NORD
synthesizers are top of the line instruments... I am heavily
interested in this equipment. I will cream my pants if in
the future i am owning one of their products

NORD MODULAR G2 = BETTER THAN SEX

*if only it weren't $1,899.99 I would be able to buy it
today... I am going to have to wait until next month... it
will be my birthday present 3 months early...

21 years of age to my name on June the Fifth... so I suppose
I can celebrate, by purchasing a lush keyboard, agreed?

tis really nice. makes me want to purchase a micromodular
or somesuch thing.. shame i cant do hardly anything on a
p4/2ghz on that demo, but still very nice to fiddle around
with. i've tried other programs in the wake of this, such
as vaz modular / arturia 2600 something and had a brief
look at reaktor again but none of them seem as easy / are
laid out in the same way as this demo. very nice.

Yeah, it's great! the monomachine has an amazing sequencer,
half step write half keyboard which is a dream. The SiD bit
souds solid and the Robot voice is great!

I love the nord modulars. I bought a g2 keyboard several
months ago, and was so in love, I irresponsibly blew my
savings and bought a g2 engine to go with it.

Loooove love love these synths. They sound so amazing...
note that the software demo has degraded audio quality (and
a high pitched drone that you might not notice at first).
The actual hardware sounds like aural sex.

I dont think Ill ever use any other synths again, as I
havent found anything that can match the sound quality, or
the ability to customize to exactly what you want. Right now
Im just using my nords, and logic's sculpture (as it is such
a unique instrument)

Anyways, I highly reccomend this synth to everyone. An
amazing learning tool as well.

AND the modular G2 is 24/96 and it sounds AMAZING! The
filters and the effects .... you can make that thing growl
and rip so loud. Definitely not like the sometimes thin Nord
sounds that I use to think the machine was all about.
