Buy Plaid's Double Figure when it's available - a TOP
album!

I received a 19-track promo CD from Warp Records a few weeks
ago. The promo was not mastered though so I'm looking
forward to the full release available 28th May.

Meanwhile, check out the Double Figure microsite. Very cool indeed.

At least this album is tops, i'm sorry, but even though not
really comparable stylistically, it sure does blow Autechres
new album out of the water.
I tried listening to Cornfield over and over again yesterday
and I seriously think its an absolute waste of time...
Plaid is the greatest most enjoyable Warp act after Aphex in
my opinion.
Autechre is cool but it does get sterile after a while if
its just clicks and bleeps monotonously.
Hooray for Plaid!

PMV, Plaid is way more accessable than Autechre today. Don't
give up on Confield OK? :-)

I reckon the two albums complements each other...at least in
my life.

I'm sure BoC's upcoming album is a top release as well.

FYI: I'll redesign/rebuild my Plaid-site when my
timeschedule allows it. Prolly this summer.

Yeah, I'm considering getting a Plaid album, after likeing
what I've heard so far - maybe the new one, or the last one.
I can't wait for the next BoC album, MHTRTC and ABPOITC
(can't be arsed to type) were ace. Considering buying
Confield (why do I keep on thinking 'Cornfed'?) too, dispite
the comments I've heard about it. Actually, I don't have
lp5, so may get that instead.

Chris Ochre.
