Yeah, I am pretty sure it is possible. I can't remember if I have tried it or not, but I know rewire is pretty reliable with midi signals through cubase to reason. Although floops is dodgy with midi...
In the dashboard settings, you should just be able to assign midi channel and port settings.
Or, when you have both programs open, with reason open as rewire slave to floops, right click on the knob you want to assign, then click 'midi learn' and then turn the knob in your dashboard.
Reason supports the quick assign format made popular in reaktor.

I don't think fruityloops or reason are rewire hosts, I am pretty sure you'd have to open them both after you open something like cubase or nuendo in order to route rewire signals between them
I may also not know what I am talking about...

but that may be a point too...
the weird thing is - it looks like rewire has it's own midi controling system...
when i try to override it by manual changing of the internal midi controller i get errors...
OK - nothing there, tried it before
