I am feeling very stiff when I wake up, sometimes lightheaded. It usually lasts for about 4 hours after I initially wake up.
Can anyone reccomend any sort of morning exercises, drinks, nourishment that helps you start your day.
Don't say coffee because I'm already on my third cup.

I usually do inclined press ups (feet on bed, hands on floor)- they're harder than normal ones, but doing normal ones after you're used to inclined ones are a doddle. And just do normal ones when I feel rough.
I used to do situps (alternating between crunches and normal ones) too, but I've gotten lazy in my old age.
Doesn't stop me sneezing as soon as I arrive at work, for the first quarter of an hour, though.
