spent 2 weeks there doing a martial arts thing and had a
splendid time:

- staying at a trad jap inn
- going to the bathhouse
- eating great food
- chatting up gorgeous japanese waitresses
- seeing some spectacular shrines/temples
- viewing mount fuji
- training with master teachers
- buying lots of gear

yet again i failed to do my homework on locating decent
japanese record shops in Tokyo. Yet again i failed to go
clubbing japanese style. I expect to go every year though
so.. next time my friends. I did buy !!! live in tokyo EP.
Deadly!

What a trip!

This week... DJ Bailey (bbc) for some twisted jungle. oh
yes.

even though you didnt get to go 'clubbing japanese style' do
you have any idea what its like?

i'm curious to know how it differs in terms of the amount of
drink/drugs are involved due to the different culture.

mates that have lived in japan have told me that they don't
drink a lot.

digest alcohol.

snaps pending.

no idea what clubbings like. I assume there's all sorts,
ranging from crappy meat-market-style discos to underground
cutting edge electronica dens.

a tertiary glance in tower records in tokyo, and at flyers
etc gave me as much info as a nat's arse in a hurricane. I
was xactly exposed to much yoof culture over there either...
i was hoping to hook up with scheme88 but he was working
abroad. Next time, boss
