the last seconds of it:
so I was walking with a professor towards an elevator--a strange elevator, mind you, it was a platform with low-wall barriers around the corners only; in total it was about 20ft x 20ft, these walls were 2ft high and 3 feet long, so each of the four sides had 14 accessible feet (ok so this isn't so important).
I got on the platform as well and the ground started shaking. Instintively I stepped off and the vibrations became more severe so I began yelling at my professor to get off; similarly other people started freaking out. Then the platform fell away and looking over the edge I realized it was falling free with gravity and those people were dead.
At this point I recalled a precedent for this (another dream!), and so while running away--at this point there was suction pulling people into the fiendishly increasing hole, due to the incredible amount of mass simply falling down and taking its air with it--grabbed onto a support column as first my floor, then the ones about me, and then even the cement on the pillar was stripped from it due to the aforementioned suction.
After some moments of insanity during which it was clear the entire universe was falling apart as a sort of recursive domino effect upon a fractal (I actually saw a zooming out, and yes it was a fractal), I was transported to some large factory sort of structure, and after cracking a code in the floor (?) which consisted of using the letters of the building's imanginary name into an arrangement which named..
..the pillars which the factory produced. it ends up the universe was fundamentally unstable, so a race of aliens long departed had constructed a set of reinforcements through the entire universe to prevent this even from completely disassociating all matter. The area I was in produced the largest of the pillars (billions of light years).
I woke up panicking (after 4 hours sleep! damnit.).

with all this talk about 'Analord' yesterday, i dreamt (among others...) that i was in an alternate dark dimension (on Place Kléber in Strasbourg, in the big book & game & record shop), and there was a circus show with an acrobat using a magical golden ring looking like a planet for anal penetration... : |

I had a dream last night that I was being chased by three dark-skinned girls who had become zombies with red-rimmed eyes and yellow sores. I kept shooting them in the chest and face with my gun, that I happened to be carrying, through the halls of some school. It never made any difference. Then I used a whip which I also happened to be carrying and whipped it round the neck on one of them, pulled tight and popped off the head.
I woke up trying to work out when to put an apostrophe in "its".

"its" is posessive.
"it's" is a contraction for "it is".
enjoy your new knowledge, or old by now.
