I understand the sensitivity of the nazi issue but its a fancy dress costume, for god's sake... and the theme of the party was 'colonial and native'... This story has had the UK press and TV in a mad whipping frenzy. It was pretty tactless and tasteless, but it should have got a spot on the 6 o'clock news and that's it. But, no, we get days of round the clock coverage bringing us the latest opinions from every lame bugger with a voice. Half of every tabloid dedicated to it and moral outrage seething like a whore in happy hour. I'm sure he though it would be "a jolly good wheeze, wot!" and it wasn't.
