Make sure you have 'adaptive junk mail detection' turned on
-> Junk Mail Controls -> Adaptive Filter

And mark these as junk as they come in.

I second that. Enabling the 'adaptive' (bayesian) filtering
and being careful to identify the spam that slips through
has gotten me ZERO false positives and only a few spam out
of hundreds.
