I cant really describe the genre, but if you have COX as
your internet provider you might have seen thier commercial
for their internet and its real soft and IDM like. The same
style music is played on VH1 during commercials sometimes. I
guess its like a more up to date version of Milkman with
real vocals (un-edited) being sung. Any recommendations of
this style music.

i've heard samples of the album "Wide Angles" but it won't
be available until the summer of 2005. you should check it

I'd say this is like chillout. I have many of the ministry
of sound chillout albums. They're not like dance, but more
commercial accessible IDM.
