a short time ago i bought a m-audio oxygen 8 controller,
but i already regret it. i soon realised i needed more
knobs. i i hardly ever use the tangents anyway, since i
don't play the piano and like to program most stuff. i think
i'll buy a Evolution UC-33e for live use, with 24 knobs, 9
faders +++ instead. what do you think? is this a good one?

the uc-33 looks awesome to me - and evolution has the best
prices ever !!

i'm thinking about building one for myself from
www.ucapps.de

Get something with sliders instead of knobs if you are
smart. You can move multiple sliders in multiple directions
easily, whereas with knorbs, not so much. Him
looks nice.

I bought something with knobs only because I was not smart.
:-(

that thing is kinda nice - but very pricey looking at the
evolution one - and in the evolution you get much more knobs

i've been looking at the behringer as well, but it has to
few knobs, and i don't need motorized faders. also, it costs
more than the evolution, which has both knobs (24) and
faders (9). i think i'll go for that one.

building one is to much of a project nowadays. maybe when i
get old. but they certainly look nice.

sliders harder to move smoothly, but can be moved easily
synchronosouly and easier to memorize position.

I've never used any of this shit in my life nevermind
