I've been here for just one day and have a lot of posts already! Is this normal? I see some of you haven't been here that long and have tens of thousands of posts; I don't know whether I should feel better or worse now. [sorry to start so many topics; this place is pretty exciting!] |

Yes. Most annoying people post a lot when they first join. :) Then they calm down. There are only a few people here who seem/seemed to post a lot every day still here now. |

i have been a member since the start of 02 and i have about 1000 points, i spend quite allot of time here but i dont post much at all, guess im just a bit of an silent guy |

Many of us have been here longer than points have been recorded, so my 14k should actually be a lot more. But since February '02, I've averaged about 14-15 posts a day. Far behind Qrdork and Nerdstoyed, but I'm still the leader in characters typed. |

depends on how busy i am...normally i make about 1,3 posts per day. when i don't work i average 2,4 posts per day. |

I once posted about 999,990,000 posts in one day. They got removed and I got a weeks ban for my trouble :< on average these days I post about 5 times a day, before that I dunno, but it was a lot. |

Good enough guy, though you don't accumulate 100k posts by saying anything really interesting, or more than one or two sentences or an acronym. Less is more, a LOT more. |

i post a bit more now than i used to. this is a cool place to get lots of random info. i especially like the fact that you can communicate with various people without the language barrier. some of you europeans have crazy accents that my americanized ears can't decifer. |
