phob and the rest of the crew.... have u considered having a chat board? just something simple on the site which shows like the last 20 messages or something, a simple php chat message board
it wouldnt be hard to code, and a nice feature, as there always seems to be loads of members online.
just a thought

Maybe in the future. We've discussed this. A gateway to a IRC-channel would be a quick solution.

true, but it would be very simple to have a chat board, and in some respects better..... in others irc chat is better, but not everyone can be bothered with loading a java applet for that
a php chat which just loads the page again when u write a message would also keep in theme with the site, and its not at all hard to do!

Yeah, the final chat would (of cos) be PHP-based using existing accounts as usernames...
We need to finish some other sections first tho. :-)
