Should be good. Hopefully even bigger than the last one. I
love the way the books are increasing in size as they go.
1000 pages this time would be nice :D

WHO DIES?!

yeah, i'm so anxious to know who dies. let's start betting
on this!

harry potter is like those books enid blyton wrote. they
even eat as much horrible sounding english food ('cold
canned tongue' wtf)

i like harry potter. i want to be a ravenclaw :/

What is this --- someone dies in this book also ? Sirius
Black is not enough to sate this bloodlust ?!

Hopefully she's learned how to write well this time.

they are good books, each better than the one before it.
but they all have scooby-doo endings which gets a bit old!

Well, she is not a writer of literature, in that she is a
plot-based storyteller... and, let's face it, she writes a
hell of a lot better than many others who write
best-sellers.

much better writer than for example the guy who wrote the da
vinci code, which sucked.

but yes, one of the head characters die in the new book. my
guess is on dumbledore, but i wont make it my bet yet.

"As a spokesperson for Bloomsbury, my UK publisher, has
already said, HBP is shorter than Order of the Phoenix, and
I can tell you now that it has fewer than 38 chapters." From
J K herself, Chris !

Yeah, I read The Da Vinci Code, which I quite enjoyed (maybe
mainly because it covered areas I have previously been
interested in). So, I bought Angels & Demons, and could not
get past the 100 page mark, it was so dull.

wonderfully written books. I read them all. And it is really
really great once you're in the whole thing. J.K. Really has
an incredible imagination. Breathtaking stuff.

I hope the new one's going to be good. But i guess so.
"If" someone dies, which i doubt. It would probably be
Hagrid or something. Can't be Dumbledore. He has a major
part o play at the end i think... Logically... And who would
be directing the school. It just wouldn't make sense.

Those of you who say that it's "GAY".... hum hum. Read it
first!!! :)

I thought the last Harry Potter book was over-indulgent
crap.. It's fine to be a stupidly long read if it's
engaging, but most of it was meandering and in need of
editing all over the place. I hope the next one is at least
fun! Someone mentioned Da Vinci code... completely
different book but a much more interesting, for me anyway.
