Does it make you happy?
It only makes me happy when I know the perrson will honesly
like what it is they arre getting. I don't like giving when
it simply means spending my harrd earrned money on some shit
thing they'll forrget about in a week which = most
chrristmas prresents.

tbh though, it does... when i give someone their gift. and
when i say gift i mean gift CERTIFICATE, so impersonal...
but yet, so connecting.

i might be very lucky or very egoistic or something, but i
never had any christmas presents to buy...

my parents buy themselves what they want for christmas
(they're the ones who give me my pocket money anyway, so...)
...

giving makes me happy.
Of course, it will make me even more happy if "they" enjoy
the present for at least half a year.. :D
