I tip my hat to the Leng Tch'e for putting on the best set
I've seen thus far in my young life.

Honorable mentions:

- Del Tha Funkee Homospaien
- Haiku D'Etat
- Macabre
- Cursive

best buy sells a canon digital rebel.

in that price range, but later on you will want some decent
canon "L" glass

talib kweli, cause he screamed "SAY ONE TWO" and the crowd
answered "ONE TWO" and then "EVERYBODY LOVE THE HIPHOP?" and
the crowd "EVERYBODY LOVE THE HIPHOP!". pure hiphop show.
and cool freestyles.

The Locust were pretty good when I saw them although the
venue sucked.

I've seen Dillinger Escape Plan 4 times and they're amazing
every time but I do favor the older shows.

as far as electronic music goes, it was the 2002 mouse on
mars tour when they played live with dodo drummin. that was
the jam.

in terms of overall effect, even tho it wasn't live at all,
the '97 aphex tour will always have a special place in my
poser of the month heart.

um, as far as rap goes... aceyalone killed it on the solo
tip in 2000, and he did again about a month or two again
with mikah nine and ab rude. i saw del twice in 2000, once
was dope as hell (milwaukee) the other was weak as all hell
(deltron tour @ hob chicago)

i also remember chemlab being tight back in 96. tho maybe
im just an idiot, who knows?

dillinger escape plan was probably the best out of
everything i've seen, although it wasn't amazing. the time i
saw them was right after the irony is a dead scene ep. they
played the whole thing with the singer from miss machine.
when they played come to daddy, the singer from masstadon
joined in.

offline Amnesiac from ERIE (United States) on 2004-12-21 23:02 [#01433482]

the most recent time i saw dillinger was amazing, the lead
singer jumped into the crowd and landed right on me. he
yanked my collar and put the mic in my face and we screamed
the lyrics together. fantastic

i'm such a huge fan of that. if it's a hardcore/metal band
i know the lyrics to i'm definately up front. I make a
point to get in on the pile-ups whenever i see Dead to Fall,
Down to Nothing, Dillinger, and when I saw the Red Chord I
almost came in my shorts.
