i signed myself onto mp3.com.au and uploaded a song, it
said thankyou for uploading we will now check for
unauthorized samples. well my song has quite allot of audio
samples from movies. is this not alloud?

i think it is, it's more about samples of other tracks i
reckon
anyhoo, i believe they listen to it before putting it up so

check out the news section at winamp site, there's something
about a new law in the US concerning samples. looks like bad

There's supposedly a way of fast tracking your upload
through mp3.com.au but I don't know it.

these movie samples are SO essential to my music. its like
those parts in vsnares songs, you CANT do without them!

i guess it's okay, your mp3 will be there..

and even if they reject this track, they won't kill you, sue
you or tell RIAAAAA your personal data, so it's all OK.
Anyway, you will soon know if your track is accepted or
not.

i have my page on mp3.com.au, not a lot of tracks there but
they didn't even try to reject any of them. i had such fear
because of a track called simply 'bjork'..

What movies? If they're well known movies then there's a
chance. If not then they might not realise they're from a
