A while back there was an interview with Chris Cunningham in the dutch OOR-magazine. Apparently the man is busy right now making a short film based on one of the druqks-tracks (it didn't say which one). He wanted to make this for himself, a personal project, and he asked richard if he could use the song. And it said that maybe Richard would want to use that short film as a videoclip, but nothing was certain. Anyway...Cunningham himself stars in this video. There was a photograph of him naked in a wheelchair with a HUGE head and indeed a rather large cock aswell ;-) (both fake obviously). At the time that issue went on sale it said he had already been working on the video for 4 months, and it would take him at least another four months before he would be satisfied with the results. (this was about 6 weeks ago, so...). I'm not joking either. I might have time this weekend to type up the interview... i dunno about translation though... that would take forever ;-) Maybe just the highlights. Hopefully I can also scan that photograph. |

There are only a few short remarks about the aphex twin... but I agree that it is indeed good and exciting news :-D IF richard actually deceides to use the video, there'll probably also be an EP out... or at least that would seem logical to me. |
