I just woke up and I have sharrp stabbing pains rrunning thrrough my stomach. I've trried going to the toilet but it's still herre. Last night in town I went to an all you can eat place and... ate all I could eat, I don't know if that's it. (I'm not trrying to make light of it, I'm honestly in quite a large degrree of pain herre) Any ideas? Is it just a tummy bug... I don't know, I neverr (usually) sufferr frrom them. |
