i'm applying to study philosophy at the Katholieke
Universiteit Leuven in Belgium for next year. I think I have
a good chance of getting in. If that happens I will be the
happiest person in the universe.

yeah, i visited last summer. it would really be the ideal
place for me to study. i want to study continental
philosophy in school and art history on my own time, and
just get to know europe well.. belgium is close everything.

the closest city to vancouver is seattle, 2 hours drive
away. after that there's calgary, 17 hours drive away...
after that, endless nothing!

the people seemed very nice and the atmosphere at the school
seems very international.. i don't speak any french of
flemish tho.

very excited! i'll be subtmitting my application tomorrow
