Hardware is DEAD, MAAAAN, get with the TIMES, MAAAAN. All the cool kids are using... well, something a lot cooler than HARDWARE. Maaan.
Basically, i haven't a clue. If i had $400 to blow i wouldn't spend it on a vocoder.

LAZY_TITLE this may not be as advanced as what you're looking for, but i use one of these, and i like it a lot. relatively cheap and pretty good sound.
