There is probably a thread about this show in the depths of
xltronics bowels, but I'm not going to sift through
1,000,000 pages of shit.

ANYWAYS, I used to watch Home Movies at night on adult swim
while sipping hot chocolate and eating half melted mint
icecream and honestly, I have never been happier. The show
is a masterpiece. The voice acting is wonderful, the humour
is witty and realistic, the characters are funny without
being too flashy, the jokes are always subtle yet
hilarious.

If you have not seen or heard of this show, that's too bad
cause it was cancelled last april as it was "too good" for
"people"

Fucking useless fucking TV.

I do like Home Movies, as well as most of the toons on Adult
Swim. But my favorites are ATHF, Family Guy, and Sealab
2021. And I think I'm really going to enjoy the new one,
Squidbillies. I've only seen one eposode, the one that
starts out with some old Kung Fu master making sexual
comments towards a girl in a thong, making her put
hamburgers on the top shelf and other shit like that, while
also talking to some kid about his hairloss problem. I must
say, that was some of the funniest shit I've seen in awhile.
I'm excited to see what crazy shit will go on in the new
episodes. If you haven't seen Squidbillies yet, I highly
suggest you check it out.

I'm not so much into the aqua teen hunger force type shows.
To me, it seems that they rely too heavily on randomness for
comedy. Don't get me wrong, I love random stuff, but if the
entire show is random then it looses its edge. With aqua
teen hunger force, it just seems forced (for obvious
reasons)

Yeah Aqua Teen does seem very forced at times, however when
its done right, its downright shit your pants funny...

Home Movies was good too, its a shame it had to go.

My personal favorite is Harvey Birdman. That show has 5
jokes a second (on a good episode), and it seems like its
totally random sometimes, until you go back and watch it
again, then you realize that it makes complete sense...
sometimes... Its just right up my alley for some reason.

adult swim has the highest density of quality shows out of
anything i've ever seen.

the only things near it is the simpsons/futurama/critic
groening and whoever else group.
