no

not really

I have a lot on cd but my cd-drive has broken down about a
week ago. I can't read cd's, let alone edit and upload.

By the way, here's my new album with catchy songs
that is actually a Grégoire Petitpois album. Technically,
it's not from an old tape, but it might as well be.

It's really bad.

MORE!!!

Two more musical turds from the alex back catalogue:

- "Coco-Avo-Mango" is another one from the haven holidays
selection of tapes. I warn you, the tune will be
embedded in your brain for a truly unreasonable amount of
time.

- "Fun With Tequila!" is a short snippet from over 5 hours
of "research" from a friend's english language a-level
project. The title of his investigation was "alcohol and
social relationships", which was basically an excuse to get
horribly pissed and talk about nothing. This bit features me
drunkenly beatboxing near the end of the night while one of
my friends slurs over the top. It's more depressing than
amusing.

Enjoy, interwebfriends.

Aaaaahg!

Next payday i swear i'm going to get some decent
hosting. As ever, just give the site a while to sort itself
out, should only be 5 or 10 minutes or something.

The best way to decide who is Best:

Maxxus and FabMan should both host a selection of old tape
things, and woofer can make some sort of definitive showdown
download poll-vote type thing.

It'll be sweet.

but this would mean Woofter has to acknowledge the real
world in one of his polls!??

Woofer is the only one who truly understands the unbearable
lightness of burgherking.

Hello. Here are some more samples from the vaults
of The Alex Tapes.

- "Direct From The Valleys" is an educational song designed
to teach children how to say that long welsh place name.
There are children on it. It is perky. Very perky.

- "Dad is Odd" is a piece my father composed on his brand
new 1980s sampler, possibly as some kind of hippie
proto-jingle. It features a veritable mountain of reverb,
some acoustic guitars, and some bubbly noises. There is some
jazz at the end!

I hope you enjoy these tasty ear treats. Yes i do.

Hello again friends of internet, i am afraid that i have yet
more tripe to unleash upon thy ears. Here is the
LINK OF LOVE.

- "Dad is Jazz" is a recording of some saxophonery that was
on the same tape as "Quite Small Infant." It's kind of
pleasant on the ear i guess. You Can Hear Him Coughing At
The Start.

- "Pink Plastic Piss" is from a barbie workout tape that i
found in my pocket (along with a broken glowstick and a
bottle of nail polish remover) after being very, very drunk
on my day of birth funtime this year. I think i may have
stolened it from my friend's 8 year old sister :-( But
anyway, it is great and it teaches children about self-image
which is always nice. There is a picture of it below.

ALSO: Now that the other alex has returned, i would like to
take this opportunity to harass him about his old musics. We
need them.

Have fun i love you.

PS: I love you for all this.

It sounds like the same break that's in Soul II Soul -
Keep On Movin'
i think, but i couldn't tell you where it
came from originally.

I don't know the name of that break but people sure did like
it in like, 1990.
