I don't know if i am working yet. I realized that i had a
very old version of media player running after i signed up,
and then i downloaded the newest version and some kind of
audioscrobbler install thing just popped up as i was
installing it. I just don't know.

I am ghey at computers, apparently.

audio scrob is very finicky though, i find that i have to

cant complain.

dont know why it didnt pick it up, sometimes it works great,
check you plugin, there is a log file that it keeps, if you
see that the track you last played was submitted sucessfully
then you just have to wait for it to come up.

id say its an error on audioscrobbs end, not yours, they
might be having some technical issues, id try it myself but
i am at work :)

Yeah, there's definitely something screwy at the moment. All
the stuff I listened to this afternoon has disappeared from
the recently played list.

don't worry if things aren't working properly at the moment,
they are having some problems which should be fixed soon.
recently plated lists tend to clear everyday. if the track
thst you are playing appears in the list then it will be
cojnted even though the counter might not update straight
away.

and remember to check your id tags otherwise it won't work
properly.

and tracks that are not registered (i.e. if you ger an
UNREADABLE message which usually means there is maintenance
going on) are cached in a txt file so they will update next
time you use it and it and their server is up and running.

so i would watch out, its sucks very much. time to time,
meaning at least once a year.
