are you associating the name with their bland popsical music
or do you really think that is a bad name?

no, I'm actually just talking about the name there.

the music itself would deserve a whole thread of it's own.
I'm not even starting to contemplate such a thread.

I never understood the name Spandau Ballet, a ballet in...
Spandau prison? Worst group name....

Classix Nouveau

or

Christian Death

Did you know T'pau were originally called Lazer?

using the word "ballet" in any groupname is just asking the
impossible. it cannot be done.

Lazer would've been incredibly bad too.

Everyone of those new prep-punk MTV bands has a crappy name.
And they are ugly too.

and rarely his own material or music. but he thinks hes the
best and takes it so seriously, and fathoms crazy ideas in
his head that hes selling all these cds and stuff when he
really isn't he recently installed a bathroom in his
"studio" its so funny, i told my granny that now it will
smell like it sounds, haha heres some links check the big

not sure.

no, I'm sorry. I can't see white snakes unbelievable
shittiness as a whole concept apart from the barfness of the
name itself.

it's the whole package, humongous hair included.

Wayne Phillips isn't a bad name for a band, however bad his
karaoke may be.

While we are discussing bad names, this band has some
of the worst song titles ever:

01 Vibrations
02 Straight Hammered Creed
03 The Seal Of Jidda
04 Thank The Aerosmith
05 Seven Tears
06 Thor
07 (Tale Of A) Giant Man
08 Diamonds & Disgrace
09 Gonna Swing My Chariot
10 The Metal Breaks My Senses

That's not even funny in an ironic sense. It's like watching
someone beat up a kid with cancer. I'm sorry.

THE METAL BREAKS MY SENSES

the most abominable groupname I can think of right now must
be "hoobastank".
others nominees:
- "DJ ...."
- "Placebo"
- "P.O.D."
- "U2"
- "Limp Bizkit"
- "Busted"
- "Atomic Kitten"
- "Cheeky Girls"
- "Sum 41"

yeah, that'll do for now.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you asked for the worst group
names right? That kinda excludes their music. Now, most of
the times a shitty name coincides with shitty music but
there are exceptions, I just mentioned those bands over
their names.
