I have respect for the veterans. Even the one's fighting in bull-shit wars. It is the politicians who send people to fight a war for profit that I have no respect for. I might have more respect for them if they fought their own bull-shit war instead of sending the poor people to do it for them. And I believe that anyone who supports our current campaign in Iraq has a moral obligation to enlist and go fight it. Put your arse where your mouth is, I say! |

He had no other choice. He was 17 and did Boot Camp in 8 weeks when it takes 16 weeks...went out there and tried to stay alive. No war so far has its purpose so when you ask anyone "what were they fighting for" I dont think they'll give you a speech on how everybody should go into war-they all have their own reasons...thats not a question you ask someone because those are the one's who are alive-what are you gonna someone who died in war? "was it worth it?" |
