Hmmm. I know someone who has been made permanently partially-sighted from tear gas at a protest rally. He was shot in the face with a cannister from a distance of maybe 2 feet. Admittedly, he had just punched a copper in the face, but only after the said Police Officer spat in his face, unprovoked. Bad News. |
