i dont think it matters that much. once he's gone there will be others he'll hand the torch down to. the only good thing about his downfall, is that he is one of the last remaining totalitarian's with a militarily genocidal mindset. hopefully whoever takes his spot isn't as evil as him. we can only hope.

from a random information source
The Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) is an analytical terrorist group, even though they can be part of each. The PLO was created in 1964 during a meeting known as the Palestinian Congress. This was an effort to give a voice to the many Palestinians that were located in refugee camps in Lebanon. The leader of the group is one of the most recognized terrorists in the world, Yasser Arafat. It did not take long for sub-divisions to break off of the PLO. Most of these groups felt they could better achieve Palestinian liberation. The most notable of these groups were the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Popular Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Popular Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command, and al-Fatah. The PLO changed its main theory to the destruction of the state of Israel in 1967. This caused massive terrorist acts against Israel, which resulted in hundreds of casualties on both sides. In 1974 the PLO changed into not just a terrorist group to a group which included political elements. Some members of the PLO did not like this idea and founded another sub-division called the Rejectionist Front. At this time Arafat took over all control of the PLO. Arafat provided support for highjacking a major cruise ship. With help from the PLF they took the passengers hostage. In cowardly act members shot to death a wheelchair-bound Jewish man named Leon Klinghoffer. This formed a new meaning to the world terrorist. After many years of terrorism, Arafat ceased all terrorist acts by the PLO on September 9, 1993. This was the end of the PLO and all their sub-divisions. Another major terrorist organization is the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA). This group was founded in 1969 under the armed wing of Sinn Fein. "Sinn Fein is a legal political movement dedicated to removing British forces from Northern Ireland and unifying Ireland...

...Activities that the PIRA carried out were bombings, assassinations, kidnappings, extortion, and robberies. Before its 1994 cease-fire, targets included senior British Government officials, British military and police in Northern Ireland, and Northern Irish Loyalist paramilitary groups. Since breaking its cease-fire in February 1996, IRA's operations have included bombing campaigns against train and subway stations and shopping areas on mainland Britain, British military and Royal Ulster Constabulary targets in Northern Ireland, and a British military facility on the European Continent." The PIRA had a few different names, the Provo's and the IRA. They, the Catholics, wanted Britain out of Northern Ireland and were going to anything to achieve their goal. Here is the group structure for many if not all terrorist organizations: I. Command II. Active cadre III. Active supporters IV. Passive Supporters I. Command - the leadership, makes policy and plans while provides general direction. II. Active cadre - the terrorists, responsible for carrying out the mission of the organization. III. Active supporters - largest internal group and most important. They keep terrorists in the field by providing safe houses, intelligence, logistical needs, and maintain communications channels. IV. Passive supporters - difficult to identify and characterize, represent a favorable element of the political climate. Most people think that most terrorist acts are taking people hostage. This is not the case. Only 2 % of all terrorist acts are hostage situations. The most acts terrorists participate in are bombings; they account for 46% of terrorist acts. The rest of the numbers are like this; attacking - 24%, assassinations - 10, highjacking - 12, kidnapping - 6. These figures were accumulated from 1963-1993. Some may ask, what do people do to stop terrorism. The most recognized form of counter-terrorism is the...

Naval Special Warfare Development Group, formerly known as SEAL Team SIX and based in Dam Neck, Virginia. They are responsible for US counter-terrorist operations in the maritime environment. The NSWDG trains in both military and civilian facilities, their motto was "Train as you Fight, Fight as you Train." The members of NSWDG are trained hard in every aspect one can take. They know how and what to do before they do it and their training takes after their motto. In the past terrorist acts were mainly just bombings, highjackings or attackings of some sort. As we move toward the millennium, we face a technological era. All most every main city in the world is controlled and depends on computers and linked information. The terrorist age will change to adapt to what we are most vulnerable to. If a terrorist can threaten us by shutting down electronically dependent devices which we need to survive. They will not assassinate or bomb as much because the public will have a better understanding of how to prevent it. Terrorism in the past years has been politically motivated, in the future; it will be religiously motivated. This might cause a major problem in the future because each year more and more people create or advance a religion to suit their liking. They now will have a sense of what is supposed to be right and will do anything to get that across. Terrorism will never end; it is up to the human race to be better educated in the subject and to make the right decision.

The PLO changed its main theory to the destruction of the state of Israel in 1967
now i'm gonna give you a description on the 6 day war to brush up on your middle eastern history. france was by the way one of many other countries who helped equip israel to defend themselves from genocide.
------ Starting on June 5, 1967 Israel launched war against its numerous Arab neighbors in a fight to defend itself from eradication. The Six-Day War of 1967 established Israel as a strong military power that was efficient, well trained, and that was capable of preparing, fighting, and defending its country in a matter of hours. This fact is established through the goals of each participant, the events that provoked the armed conflict, and the actual outcome and consequences presented by the war.
The Arabs and Israelis both had significant goals they hoped to accomplish. The main goals of the Holy State were to defend its statehood against its enemies and to prove its military strength and security. The Arabs had very different initiatives. The Arabs first goal was to prevent Israel from strengthening itself. This was because Israel had just begun its engineering project, the Israeli National Water Carrier, which was made to bring water in from the Sea of Galilee to develope southern Israel. So, the Arabs planned to prevent Israel’s improvements by diverting two of the three sources of the Jordan River, which would decrease Israel’s water supply by half (Gazit 2). Another goal of the Arabs was to begin the Palestinian National liberation movements, specifically the Fatah, founded by Yasir Arafat. These terrorist plots began their attacks in the beginning months of 1965. The Arabs hoped these attacks would lure Israel into war, where the country would be demolished, and the Palestinians would be rewarded with their independence (Gazit 2).

There were many events and provocations that lead to the Six-Day War of 1967. The first of these events was the fact that Egypt refused to recognize that state of Israel. On October 15, nineteen sixty, Gamal Abdel Nasser claimed that Egypt would never acknowledge Israel after a request by Golda Meir to negotiate with David Ben-Gurion. A few months later Nasser stated, "We aim at the destruction of the State of Israel. (Bard 1)" Other sources have quoted Nasser as saying, "We will accept no coexistence with Israel. (Bard 3)" Iraq’s president also made many significant threats towards Israel. One of these was, "The existence of Israel is an error that must be rectified. Our goal is clear, to wipe Israel off the map. (Bard 3)" Another event that caused escalation towards war was the signing of the defense pact between Jordan and Egypt on May 13, 1967 (Bard 3). Also, the order by Egypt’s president for the blockade of the Strait of Tiran led to the beginning of the Six-Day War. On May 22, 1967, Egypt illegally shut down the strait in hopes of cutting off all trade coming into Israel from Asia and Iran, and by doing so violated United Nations policies that had been adopted since 1957 (Bard 3). Still, an additional reason why the war was started was because Israel had been diverting tributaries of the Jordan River since 1964, to create the National Water Carrier. To get even, Syria began its own water diversion project (U.S. Department of the Army 1). Another reason why the war began was because of the terrorist attacks that were made against the Holy State and other small acts of violence. Between 1965 and 1967, seventy-eight terrorist attacks were made against Israel. On April 7, 1967, Israel destroyed six MIG’s belonging to Syria’s Air Force. Soon after, the Soviet Union gave Egypt and Syria information about an Israeli military mobilization in anticipation of an attack. On May 15, Egyptian and Syrian forces began closing in on Israel’s border (Bard 2). The war was just over the horizon.

This resulting armed conflict was fought between Israel and her Arab neighbors of Egypt, Jordan, and Syria (Varner 1). Iraq, Russia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria facilitated the Arabs in means of supplies and troops. Israel’s support mainly branched from the United States and France (Bard 5). The strength of the Israeli army was listed as sixty thousand regular soldiers and three hundred fifty aircraft. Egypt's strength was listed as 190,000 regular soldiers and 550 aircraft. Syria had a total of sixty thousand regular soldiers and one hundred aircraft. Jordan had the smallest number of enlisted soldiers with 35,000 regulars and twelve aircraft (Associated Press 51). Israel recognized the imposing threat and attacked Egypt on the morning of June 5, 1967. Nearly the complete Air Force of Egypt was annihilated, which was about three hundred aircraft. This whole process occurred in a matter of less than 180 minutes (Varner 1). Because Egyptian forces had no Air Force, they were destined for failure. Then, on June 7, Israeli ground forces pushed all the way to the Suez Canal. In the wake of Israeli troops lay nearly eight hundred annihilated Egyptian tanks. Egypt’s president, Gamal Abdel Nasser admitted to losing nearly eighty percent of his military machines in this single confrontation (Varner 2).
The majority of the war was fought at this exact location, on the Sinai Peninsula, which covers twenty thousand square miles and serves as a large buffer and neutral zone between Israel and Egypt. The Sinai is mainly made up of desert and rugged mountains, two forms of land nearly impenetrable by military vehicles such as tanks and trucks. The strategic significance of the Sinai was its central location on the Suez Canal and Gulf of Aqaba and its control on Israeli ports (Tessler 399). When the end of the war did come, it resulted from a cease-fire that was established on June 10, 1967 (Bard 7-8).

Some sources estimate twenty thousand Arab casualties, the largest of these being associated with Egypt, which lost 11,500 in the military affair. A total of 776 Israeli soldiers were killed in the war (Tessler 397).
The outcome of the war was monumental for Israel, but was a nightmare for the Arab states, which lost everything they were fighting for. The war was over and Israel defeated all in a matter of less than six days. The war lasted such a short period of time because of Israel’s capability to threaten the three capitols of its enemies. Cairo, Egypt, Damascus, Syria, and Amman, Jordan were the key points that caused the surrenders in the war, and the victory of Israel (Kjeilen 1). After the war, Jerusalem once again became a united city. Since the war in 1948 Jerusalem had been partitioned into an East and West sector (Varner 2). After all fighting stopped, Israel had made history with one of the biggest gains of land from any war fought. Israel gained the Sinai Peninsula and the Gaza Strip from Egypt, the West Bank and Eastern Jerusalem from Jordan, and the Golan Heights form Syria (Kjeilen 1). The United Nations Security Council acknowledged Resolution 242 on November 22, 1967, which demanded the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Arab occupied areas, the recognition of and respect for the sovereignty, the formation of "secure and organized boundaries," and a just settlement of the refugee problem (Chai 2). Israel seemed to come to the table willing to accept a peaceful coexistence. So, after the war, Israel had a choice of three policies: one was to claim ownership of the entire area of Palestine and not to permit and establishment of sovereignties in the area, the second was to partition western Palestine into two separate areas, one Israeli, one Arab, and the third policy was to also divide the territory, but in this policy, the Palestinians would control the Arab portion. In the second alternative, Egypt, Jordan, or Syria would control the Arab State.

The Six-Day War brought the Arabs and Israelis back to the stages that existed before the war. Following the conclusion of the Six-Day War, the sparks of the Arab-Israeli conflict were rekindled. The Arab states could not accept the fact that Israel remained in control.

happy cycling: "what the fuck do you know"
our rabbi tells us stories from people who do live there. he tells us story of all the horrific incidents that occur. you dont need to have someone tell you how bad it can get there. all you have to do is turn on your tv you twit - watch the news. you honestly can't be that oblivious to the fact that israel gets attacked by terrorists on a monthly basis. that still doesn't stop jews from building and creating a more prosperous and secured country. those in which surrounding states envy and are willing to destroy at all cost. you want a personal experience ok. one of my brothers friends a girl was at a waiting wall. someone had discovered a bomb inside a purse. everything came at a stand still. military officials in a matter of seconds surrounded the perimeter. they demanded everyone to not move. if you did you will be shot on site. the girl was at a frenzy and asked the soldier (another girl) pointing the ak-47 at her if she could go to where her father was. the female soldier told her that if she moved she will be shot. when they finally were able to diffuse the bomb they let her go. the moral of the story is dont fuck with security. goes to show you how tight security in israel is. they're always at a constant alert if you walk in public areas 1 out of about 5 are soldiers males and female. they will do anything in their power to stop a potential threat from causing casualties.

really you lived there? where did you live? why did you leave? how long did you live there?
palestine is a mess because their beliefs inhibit them from progressing as a society. you dont attack another country with bombs to justify the state your countries in. i dont even know where in the hell you come from defending zionists who are out to destroy any who do not agree with the muslim faith. FYI palestinians don't need a reason to kills jews. they kill jews for who they are PERIOD

plain stupid. because it's logical doesn't mean it's acceptable. what i'm saying is that it's logical. and israelis should blame it not only on terrorists, but also on sharon.
