it's one of my all time fav films. almost whole film is
filmed in black and white (210 minutes). there's very little
conversation but intense all the way to the end. this was
the film that got me interested in a film even more, i was
really affected by it.

here are some comments on the cover:
shinji aoyama's beautifully shot drama is a serene and
resonant meditation on the psychological scars wrought upon
the victims of terror and violence and of the courage and
inner strength they must find to survive.

'mesmerising, ravishing' - time out
'moving...the acting is sublime' - uncut
'stunning...deeply affecting' - the independent
'beautiful,,,a moving psychological fable about trauma,
loss, mourning and healing - a mesmerising journey across
genre boundaries' - film comment

im sure you would like this film a lot judging on what i
know about your film preferences :)

thanks, looks nice... i've just found the dvd pretty cheap
luckily, i'll probably order it now before the price goes
up.

Going to watch Lost Highway in a minute...
