Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea I'm not one to "choose" a favorite album - but this one has had such a hold of me since I first heard it 4 years ago that I cannot BUT confess, honestly, that this is the most important singular work of music in my life. I've said this before, but I have to stress the point - to me, this is not so much an album as it is a MIRICLE. |

My favorite thing about Jeff Mangum (the man behind Neutral) is his voice. I also think he's genuine and honest. That said, I'm not a huge fan of his music or the album, but he's a guy I have a lot of respect for. MAN I love his voice. |
