Just bought two Panasonic 37' Plasma TV's totalling 6,480$. I was looking at the Sony but the shit doesnt have black sidebars, only gray. Their both in the same room, so when Halo 2 comes out, me and some buds are system linking that shit.. LAN parties baby! (Then I'm returning the TV's in Dec.) :( |

I was going to say be fucking careful if you're going to use BLACK sidebars for gaming, those things will decimate a plasma TV. Grey is the way to go. Although when I play or watch something that's 4:3, I tend to use either full screen stretch or theater wide, not sidebars. But you're not keeping them anyway (or at least you HOPE not), so who cares. But for fuck's sake, if you plan on returning them (somehow), don't use those black bars. I don't think they'd want a damaged TV back. |
