dying for something

would you die for something, and if so, what?

a cause... a masterpiece... to save someone... ' _ '
i don't know...

if the world would be granted something great that would
make hundreds, thousands, or even milions of people happy
only if i died, would it be fair for me to live?

(stupid question i know... of course it wouldn't be fair)

when i think about it now, i'd say no...but i can't say what
would i do if someone would have to be rescued. i think in
those moments you don't think, instead you do what instinct
tells you to...
so, deliberatly i wouldn't want to die for anything...no.

That's the only reason, albeit, ONE REASON, that I have
respect for some of the people in the middle east.

Simple because they are willing to die for their religion.

That's about it.

"The only thing I would die for is to save my own
life."

You say that now, within the comfort of your own home.

But you never know when the event my rise and you step above
your limits.

I'm not a big fan of Elusive but I'm sure some shit for
brains has taken over his account lately, the moron-o
counter has flipped off the scale what with this and the
"horsey" debacle.

I'm not in my own home, I'm not that comfortable and no,
there will never be an event where I will think more of
someone or something else than myself. The very thought it
preposterous, old bean.

Ecnad, even your future/current wife?

Children?

You guys aren't thinking outside the box, only of yourself.

Edit: that's not very surprising.

I don't have kids.

But I reserve the mental capacity to understand (from
observing others) that basic human life can easily be
overridden by the emotion of a human's children's
existance.

end of thread, i'm not going to participate in this
worthless shit

if someone could give me a valid reason why Im here Id be
willing to die for it, as for assisted suicide Im all for
it, I grew up with a mother who had an inoperable brain
tumor, I can remember lying in bed being unable to sleep
because of her literally screaming with pain, if she asked
me to I would, everyone should have the right to end their
life with dignity.
